Interior Design Project Strategist
18+ Years in Luxury Hospitality Projects

ABOUT ME

Managing interior design projects for complex hospitality developments for over 18 years, I’ve worked from every critical side of the industry:

From inside design studios, immersed in concept development and detailing.
From the developer’s side, safeguarding investment and long-term value.
From procurement and logistics, where budgets and schedules are either protected — or compromised.
From project management firms, where execution meets real-world constraints.

Across the industry, I’ve seen the same costly mistakes repeat themselves — and most of them begin at the earliest stage: the design phase.

The most expensive problems in hospitality projects don’t start on site.
They start when interior design is not strategically aligned with development objectives, financial structure, and overall project planning.

Hospitality projects demand more than creativity.
They require structured alignment between vision, budget, timeline, procurement, and execution — from day one.

Today, I work as a Strategic Interior Design Project Manager for hospitality developments, supporting developers and owners in integrating interior design into the project’s strategic framework early on.

My approach reduces friction, prevents rework, and protects both design integrity and investment performance.

Because in hospitality, interior design is not decoration.
It is a strategic business asset.

HOW I WORK

My work is grounded in three core principles:

1. Early Strategic Alignment
Interior design must be integrated at the right moment — not too early without structure, and never too late without control. I help define the framework where design decisions support financial and operational objectives.

2. Structured Coordination
I bridge designers, operators, procurement teams, consultants, and developers to ensure clarity in scope, budget control, and decision-making processes.

3. Execution with Accountability
From design documentation to FF&E procurement and installation oversight, I focus on transparency, risk mitigation, and measurable progress.

Every project is unique.
But discipline, clarity, and alignment are always non-negotiable.
Who I Work With

My Services
From concept to final installation, hospitality interior design projects involve three very different worlds: creative design teams, purchasing & administrative departments, and on-site construction & installation crews.
Each requires its own management style, language, and tools — and my services are designed to address the specific needs of each, ensuring all parts work in sync toward a flawless delivery.
That’s why my approach covers the entire project lifecycle: from early-stage design validation and technical mentoring to FF&E/OS&E procurement strategies, production quality control, logistics coordination, and on-site installation supervision.
My signature methodology for seamless hospitality interior project management.
